After loooong months of waiting, we get the products and one of the mats we ordered is damaged. I'm very sorry but I thought quality control was being exercised?

Product was promised in January, and as I type this the mats are nowhere in our possession. Four months of waiting for the customized play mats and all they could say was it will be delayed and we should hold off from being impatient. We waited months and that still counts as being impatient? We had to be vocal through reviews like these just so they could give us the actual, although unacceptable reasons, subjectively speaking. for the delay. I mean, they could have told us sooner, thus we could be as 'understanding' as they wanted us to be.
