The Shadow Duel

I found out about the backlash against the Shadow brand this week due to the ban related to theft at another location. It's shocking to see one of the oldest TCG-related stores fall like this. As a former customer, I can only say it's a real shame to see that the store no longer lives up to the standards of the old days (2013 when they were the best reference point for TCGs and games, compared to now when they're being criticized on various social media platforms).

I had a very good opinion of Shadow; I used to go there occasionally to buy cards and eat with my nephew. But after what was posted on social media about their support for a member who stole and even boasted about it, I won't be going back for my safety and that of my family. I can only hope they improve as a store and continue supporting the honest community.

It used to be a great store, but the food is bland, the service is terrible, and they even allow people who have stolen from other stores to enter (be very careful with your belongings). It's awful; I don't recommend it at all to avoid potential theft or other problems.
