Toy world - where the toys get to find themselves a forever family, and go and live their best lives! Im in this Toyworld usually once a week. And despite my top of the line spending habits I actually do really really well. So I've got my Batman 7 and of course my wee Asher - the superstar. Batman's quite easy to buy for, as long as it costs heaps hes happy 😃 Now my wee Ashy hes autistic and non verbal (4yrs) so buying for him well im still trying to find my feet to be honest. So I do need a shop that has it all. Any and everything that a wee man of his stature requires. And Toyworld Johnsonville fits the requirements perfectly. Now the best part (there's always a best part) so the best part is the manager. This guy is amazing, has a daughter around 8? (I do apologise if I got her age wrong) but he knows his toys. He is the perfect quintessential manager and whoever owns toy world you are lucky to have this guy, im sure if I had a business I would poach him off you. Anyhow folks this is 5 star in everyway, everyday!! A must go shop if ur looking to be adopted by a toy!!

Great little unassuming store, tucked away. What is awesome is the amount of unique cars and models they have compared to some other toyworld stores. If your after something special you may find it here.

Today I witnessed a verbally aggressive man try bully the only staff member in the store. The staff member handled the situation well. The aggressive man left before the police got there. The salesman was calm and cool afterwards. He's a credit to Toyworld.

Terrible marketing and service from Toyworld Johnsonville. An individual hotwheels car priced as an individual unit and I am being told by staff I have to buy 5 to buy the one I want. No marketing or statements showing this and to individually mark it and not bundle it. I asked for store owner to be called. Yet I am told it's good for business? Yet I get trespassed. Well done Toyworld lost my money. I have been a loyal customer for years. Thousands lost over a 8 dollar car. Great for business.!!!
