Iron Knight Gaming

Visited Iron knight games for the first time last year to attend an MTG sealed event with a few friends. We all entered, and overall the event itself was good fun. That said, the entry price felt comparatively high for what was provided, and many of the products in store were on the steeper end price wise. Some boosters and items were even close to twice the price of other local competitors at the time. On the positive side the store does have a large and varied range of stock. The atmosphere was great at first. We even checked whether outside food was allowed (as long as we kept things tidy), which was approved so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience was soured a bit when one of my friends put a small amount of rubbish into a large wheelie bin sitting in the middle of the store. The owner reacted harshly, scolding them for putting rubbish in the bin that hadn’t been purchased in store. I understand why the rule exists, however the way it was handled made us feel unwelcome especially considering we had each just spent over $100 at the store. It may be quite a small thing, but completely changed the atmosphere for us. Would have preferred just being told no outside food from the start. Overall, a mixed experience. Fun event, good range and generally a good environment, but high prices and an uncomfortable interaction mean I’m not jumping up and down to return. Edit to 5 stars. Appreciate the genuine explanatory response. Now looking back many of the “more expensive products” were older items that simply aren’t always available everywhere and comparing prices isn’t exactly fair. Have since went back and service was great. Cheers will be returning in future with the guys

Great help from Gwen today including wrapping a present with some paper found in the store!! I will be back.

User friendly website. Speedy delivery of product (tcg singles) and the product delivered in excellent condition. This will be the go to spot to purchase tcg singles.

This place is awesome, super inviting, and accepting. Definitely gave a sense of belonging even though I had just walked in. Everyone was fantastic. One guy, Paul, made the effort to learn and use my name day one. The same guy was also very good at taking feedback and listening to people. Have ordered cards online in the past, turned up as expected and on time

Amazing shop. The owner is super loverly and has all the magic cards and card accessories you can imagine :) super happy to have a local magic shop now :)
