They have been so welcoming to us- my 9 year old son and me, his mum, who knows nothing about trading cards/gaming. My son was so excited about getting some complimentary cards and keeps begging to go back to the different evening events. The staff are so patient with us.

Been in a couple of times purchasing Star Wars Unlimited Legends of the Force and Spark of the Rebellion boxes for my boy. The American guy was awesome. Went in tonight and got the 2025 NFL trading cards box to open with my boy. Asked the lady for sleeves that fit the cards. Unfortunately she sold us sleeves to small. My boy went back to get bigger size and was told no refunds. I went back and said that we specifically asked for the correct size. Needless to say I ended up buying the bigger sleeves while she argued saying she didn't hear me. Maybe next time stop going on about the restaurant across the roads name and listen to what customers are asking for. For the sake of $6 you have lost a customer that has spent $700 on trading card boxes in the last 4 weeks. Happy to talk to the owner and go through the experience.

My son and I came from the Wairarapa (Just under an hour from the store). Cool little hobby store, second time entering one, but this time it was for my first event (Riftbound). I've never attended an event before, but the guy at the front was super helpful and approachable. Store was tidy and easy to navigate, and staff, as well as customers, were very helpful towards the questions I had. Location is conveniently close to the local shopping center, and parking is easily attainable.

I don't usually like leaving reviews this positive because I feel like a paid shill but this store has an incredible environment and is run by friendly community minded people that really work to ensure it's a great place for all.
