I had a fantastic experience with Goblin Games. I ordered a game that arrived at their warehouse incorrectly from their vendor. Instead of just passing the problem on to me, they caught the error immediately, coordinated with the vendor to get the right item, and then shipped it out. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I was never left wondering. Truly proactive service and great communication. Highly recommended!

Great staff, always keen to help out those new to scene as well as regular customers (which I'm slowly becoming). Lots of stuff for all sorts of hobbies! Worth stopping by just to see what I see!

Probably the best store for purchasing any Pokemon singles. When they said it is NM yes it is NM condition. I've been purchasing from them a few times and never disappointed. :)

Travelling from overseas, I was pointed toward Goblin Games to check out their Pokémon range. Worth noting the store is quite a hike out of the way, not somewhere you just casually wander into, especially when time is tight. This is prudent to know if you expect to go there and look at their stock. When I arrived, the in store offering was a single small binder. I was bluntly told all stock is online and if I wanted anything, I needed to look it up there. I was only in Wellington for the day with my daughter, so I asked whether they happened to have one specific card on hand. The store wasn’t busy and the rude guy behind the counter wasn’t serving anyone at the time. The response was dismissive. I was told again to check online or use their computer. At that point, I lost interest. If the attitude is to push customers away rather than help, I’ll spend my money elsewhere, even if the card was available. Based on the experience, I’d suggest others look elsewhere. Worst part is, be rude to me, fine, rude to my daughter though, not needed man.

The people working here are great and put up with my very noisy friends when we come in to look for dice (as there are so many options to choose from that won’t leave a hole in your pocket) so many options and lots of board games too! Not to mention their Pokémon merch and binders. It’s always a great experience when I visit.
