This store is great. The owner is really friendly and seems to know all his regular customers. Even though we don't live nearby anymore, we'll still drive across town to buy from this store.

The best card shop in Auckland. Spellbound has a great range of sealed product and singles, and the guy that runs the shop is the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met at a hobby store. I live on the other side of the city but since I discovered Spellbound I make the effort to drive over there as often as I can and I always leave with a smile on my face.

This store is a treasure. Warm and welcoming vibe. Great selection and lots of cool and interesting things which aren’t listed online. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning. Really happy with the Dominaria Remastered booster. Thanks!

Fantastic little local shop, really kind and friendly owner who has genuine passion and interest in the hobby, consistent events and meetups, great open hours and great customer service. They also have a really cool single card section where you can sell your own cards with just a small commission going to the store itself. One of the best card/hobby shops in Auckland, easily.

I recently ordered some cards from them, and one card was missing from the shipment. The card itself wasn’t expensive, so that’s not really the issue but the way it was handled is what’s disappointing. I reached out to them about the missing item and only received a single reply saying that they had sent it. After that, there was no follow-up, no attempt to investigate, and no effort to resolve the situation. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this shop, especially for delivery orders. If you have to, it’s probably better to check your cards in person rather than the shipping option. EDIT: Looking at past reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. Should've read reviews first before I ordered online.
