Mighty Ape

I have been using Mightyape since 2016 when I bought my first ever PC! About 1 year down the line it had a minor problem that was fixed by mighty ape no problems. Nothing but good service from the team. Items always arrive super quick! Cheers.

I purchased a TV and picked it up myself, taking it home very carefully, only to discover that the screen was damaged. What should have been a straightforward return or replacement turned into a month-long process of emails, waiting, and being passed around without ever getting a clear answer about what was happening. After a month of going back and forth, I was finally told that they don’t have the same TV in stock, so I’m getting a refund. After all the time and stress, I’m still left without a TV, and no alternative or solution was offered. They have good products and good prices, and that’s not what my complaint is about. My experience with the product itself was fine, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. The only reason I’m writing this review is so that people are aware that if they buy something from them and it turns out to be defective, faulty or damaged, they may have to go through a lot of problems, waiting and unnecessary stress to get it resolved. Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before buying from them again.

The customer service was excellent and my order arrived very quickly. The lobby was also cool and innovative.

Stoked with my Fraser Country cabinet. Would be helpful if step 3 of the instructions indicated the way the side walls need to go up, and/or some arrow stickers added to those pieces. Otherwise, a great piece of furniture - has tidied up our entrance significantly. Happy with the quality and feel of the piece. Photos below are of before and after.

I’ve placed several orders with Mighty Ape and have never been disappointed. Their delivery is always fast, and the products are consistently high quality and exactly as described. Communication is prompt, clear, and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
