Hobby Lords Newmarket

One of the best places in all of Auckland to play your favourite TCG, absolutely love this place and the staff that work here! I can highly recommend anybody who is in the hobby space to come here, including Warhammer 40K players!

My partner and I are really new to the One Piece Card Game and wanted to start learning, but we were honestly a bit shy about asking questions. Gab was super helpful and really welcoming he took the time to explain things to us, showed us different online decks, and made getting into the game feel a lot less intimidating. Very cool dude and really appreciated the help :)

The store is conveniently located (across the road from Newmarket mall), it’s tidy and clean, well-lit and decent size for a local card store. Have been many times for some TCG game nights and events. The staff (Edwin, Haneul, Hon etc) have always been top notch at providing a great experience. Highly recommend

Very clean and tidy store. Displays are laid out well. Plenty of tables for TCG or warhammer style gaming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilet were super clean.

Great store opening promotion, owners were very generous with giveaways (although Pokemon and One Piece items were taken way too quick, understandably)! Prices were okay, but relatively wide variety with not just the most popular TCG; staff were helpful and friendly~ Check out their page for more events happening this week!
