Big shout out to Joe. I went in to trade some cards with absolutely no experience but he took the time to explain and not make me feel dumb! Always such good customer service and a great laugh!!

I waited for 3 hours+ to preorder some cards. A huge line that was moving very slowly, then some people near me asked if they should go home since it was looking doubtful, but a staff member told us there was enough stock for all of us, which gave us hope to stay in the line. At 10 we were informed that they would cutoff at 10:30, so many of us were unable to get cards. I feel like this could've been handled better with more transparency. Could've saved a lot of people the time of waiting in line if we knew about the cutoff earlier.

The crew here are awesome, and the One Piece community on Tuesday is great. They made me feel very welcome and were super patient as an adult noob learning OP TCG and stumbling my way through it.

Love how welcoming and warm this place is walking into here for some casual one piece or hobby nights on Tuesdays - Wednesdays as it's the only days I am available on and the place that is closest to me very great team and look forward to coming here more thank you hobby lords. :)

The staff here are awesome! They all know what they're talking about and one of the members even went out of their way to enter a new box of dice into the system so that I could pick it up. Theyve got a great range to pick from. Highly recommend!
