I was happy to find board games that weren't available anywhere else, and at a great price. Thanks to the staff's help, I was able to get what I needed.

My experience dealing with them was absolutely terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Another friend told me they made him wait 20 minutes just to say, "Hi, how can we help you?" right there in the physical store. Now for my experience: Regardless of whether they've corrected it on their website or not, I think it's incredibly unprofessional not to bother checking what they publish online and not clarifying such important things to customers, like the fact that "it's random," before their purchase. Then they pretend they don't understand, disrespect customer requests, deny their rights, and then ignore them. I bought the Secrets of Strixhaven Commander Decks from their online store a few months ago. I read their policies, terms, and product description, and at the time, it didn't say anywhere that: 1. It was a single piece; 2. It was randomly selected. The product name was plural, and when I added it to my cart, there was no option to choose. Therefore, it was understood that it was all "Commander Decks," regardless of whether the price matched the market rate. Luckily, I chose in-store pickup instead of delivery. Imagine my surprise when I arrived! They only showed me three pieces and told me that if I had chosen delivery, they would have been random, but since I had picked them in person, they would let me choose, hahaha. The staff were very friendly and told me I could file a complaint with Profeco (the Mexican consumer protection agency), that they couldn't deny me my rights, and they offered me a refund. I declined, saying I would check with Profeco. So I messaged them to request some information, which they never provided, even though they said they would. They told me they were on Concilianet, which isn't true. Up to that point, everything was somewhat fine, until that same afternoon, without my consent, they issued a refund and stopped responding. It's been two months now, and they haven't even let me choose my compensation. The staff were very helpful and told me I could file a complaint with Profeco, as they couldn't deny my rights. I've attached parts of the conversation.

Ziggy Toys is an excellent store for everything related to TCGs (Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering). The atmosphere for both shopping and playing is great. It's a comfortable space whether you're an experienced player or just starting out. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good place to shop and also to play with other people.

The best place to buy TCGs and learn to play. They treated us wonderfully, are super friendly, and have the best prices we've seen—they don't inflate them—and they're incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend it, so come visit! ❤️
