Pick-up is in-store only, and delivery is not available, which is strange and impractical for a furniture store. The models are nice, but they're really not made for bathrooms (they're made of MDF, and they don't have marine varnish). Regular varnish and veneer don't withstand or protect against the humidity and temperatures of a full bathroom. So, I have a warped cabinet with misshapen doors and drawers that no carpenter wants to fix. They interpreted the design however they wanted, placing the veneer pattern at a 90° angle to where it should be, and then tried to charge me more than half the price of the cabinet to fix it, even though it was their mistake. The saleswoman was very kind.
