I visited on vacation, the place is empty and the staff treat you like you're less than anyone else and with rude faces.

This place has cards and tournaments, but it seems like they need to put more effort into it and offer more variety. It's a pretty neglected shop. It lacks atmosphere and other products.

They need to improve the staff's service, or at least give them some training in customer service. The air conditioning isn't turned on even though many overweight and sweaty people come in—you can imagine. The prices are higher than in any other Yu-Gi-Oh! store. One of the owners enters his own tournaments and almost always wins first place, keeping the prizes to sell later.

They hold tournaments for various games such as League of Legends, Smash Bros and mainly Yo-Gi-Oh!, and they also rent computers by the hour and day.
