They're great at canceling pre-orders and keeping your reservations. Their automated emails go straight to spam/promotions, and they only contact you directly when they're about to cancel your pre-order. Their AI-generated policy page is practically useless if you have to do their work to buy from them.

Excellent place to play and buy TCG cards, the staff are very friendly and helpful if you're new to the game.

It is a good place to go when you want to chill out in the afternoon, spend time with your geek friends and play a small variaty of games. It is has one of the most relaxing views of the island. It is relatively expensive considering the japanese theme.
