I just went there, supposedly to get some guidance or advice regarding some letters, and it seems asking questions is frowned upon because they answer rudely, reluctantly, etc. I wish the owner would hire people who genuinely enjoy customer service.

Excellent place to meet people with similar interests. Great selection of products and the staff are very kind and friendly. The Pokémon TCG is amazing!! Definitely the best!!!

The best TCG store in Cuautitlán; they used to have a lot of space issues, but with the recent reorganization, it's excellent.
