A good variety of games and the gentleman who serves is very friendly. They have a card terminal, so I think they accept card payments.

I bought a "new" figure, but it's second-hand. It arrived completely damaged. And inside, it was broken.

The games are great, but it was unpleasant to see children without masks and even a woman without socks in the children's area. More security is needed because some people lack manners, respect for others, and hygiene. I hope you'll consider my humble opinion so everyone can enjoy themselves more. Best regards.

The service was terrible. I went to buy an Xbox One controller, and the item arrived with a minor issue: one of the joysticks was slightly out of calibration. I went back to see if they could fix it, but they didn't treat me well or make any effort. They just insisted it was fine from their point of view and then tried to tell me it was the game or the server. I consider myself a gamer because I know the basics of games, and I know it's not like that. Besides, I've had problems with other controllers; after a lot of use, they start to fail in that area. I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. I'm supposed to be paying for a product that works perfectly, and because of the employees' incompetence, I'm left with this bitter experience at the store. I'll never set foot in a low-quality store like that again. Not all of them are like that, but this one definitely deserves a mention.

The man who works at Plaza Galerías is very grumpy, but he provides excellent service once he puts his anger aside. At Vía Alta, the employees are nauseating; they're always playing around, and they don't respond when you say thank you. I prefer Galerías.
