Excellent TCG place, it has parking and plenty of space to play, the guy who works there is very friendly.

Honestly, it's a really good store in terms of product; there's a lot of variety at very good prices, and they have the newest collections. But the bad thing is the attitude of the salespeople. I've been there 3-4 times, and every time the attitude is terrible. You arrive asking excitedly about something, and the salesperson's attitude is indifferent and shows little interest in the customer. Every question is answered listlessly, as if they were doing you a favor by selling to you, as if what you're buying is free. They're always on their phones, with no interest in selling or answering questions. Every time I ask, they're looking at their phone and answering reluctantly. I went to ask about cards in English, and they don't offer anything; they just tell you it's the product you see. They have products in storage and expect you to know they have them and just ask for them. At the end of that visit, I decided to leave because of the lack of information and the salesperson's lack of desire to sell. They told me, "But there are more products in English," and only then did they bring them out. The same thing happens when it's time to pay; they're just looking at their phones, holding out the terminal to take your money, and... Honestly, that makes you not want to keep shopping there. If you want to get the latest items, it's a good option because, as I said, there's a lot of variety. But the attitude of the staff is what discourages you and makes you not want to buy anything. What I've noticed the times I've gone in the afternoon is that they treat frequent customers or people who spend a lot of time there, whether playing games or trading, well, even with a smile and friendliness. But if you're someone who has questions about a product or is new to the store, they treat you badly, with a sour face, indifferent expressions, and even get annoyed when you arrive and ask something.

A very unpleasant experience that I wouldn't want to repeat. I went in to ask because we're new to this, and the guy at the counter was incredibly unfriendly. I told him my son was just starting out and didn't know anything about it, and all he asked was, "How much do you want to spend?" He didn't explain anything else at all and got annoyed if I asked anything else because he was on his phone. Honestly, a very bad experience, but it seems they don't care about the reviews, since there are many comments with similar experiences to mine, and it seems like nothing is improving.
