This is a terrible place to pre-order. I've reserved a product four times now, and it's always the same: it arrives up to two weeks after its release date. I wouldn't complain, but all the other distributors always deliver their products on time.

The atmosphere is great, both the staff and other customers are friendly, the prices are fair, and there are fun events. It's a perfect place to play TCGs.

Good selection of cards and collectibles. Good prices. If you're driving, avoid rush hour due to heavy traffic. It's best to go early or take public transportation.

They have a great selection of games and reasonable prices if you don't want to buy online. The service is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I don't like is that sometimes you go looking for some entertainment after a long day and find several arcades packed, which is fine because we know it's the owners' job. But the point is, when you get to this particular arcade, the people there are playing games. You ask the price and they answer rudely. You tell them you want to rent, and they get annoyed and keep playing. Then, when they see you're leaving upset, they ask if you don't want to rent the console anymore. How do they expect me to rent it? They're glued to their games and treat you terribly. That needs to be improved.
