A few weeks ago I bought a Pokémon product from them that had been resealed, and when I told them about this problem they said it was my fault and that they wouldn't help me in any way. Terrible service and people who have absolutely no respect for customer service.

The best prices on TCG, I've made several online purchases and not a single problem, they always send my packages well packed and protected, plus excellent service and attention.
