Bad place. They're closed at 4 pm on Saturdays, you knock on the door and no one answers, you call the listed number and no one replies. I knocked on the door and no one comes out, the doorbell doesn't work either, you can hear people inside and they just ignore you. It's really disappointing.

Bad experience. 1:30 closed, you knock and they don't answer, you send a WhatsApp message and they reply in a passive-aggressive way.

Very reliable and attentive customer service. They shipped Zombicide Fort Hendrix from Mexico City to Aguascalientes, and it arrived in 4 days without any problems. It was very well packaged to minimize damage during shipping. 100% recommended.
