RA Store (Aguascalientes)

I went with my daughter and was surprised to find it's in a hotel. But that helps because they have parking, and the place is clean when you walk in and go inside. I had a hot dog and the drinks were very good, and the staff was very friendly. They let you play board games, and the facilities are very clean and in good condition. In the shop, my daughter asked questions, and the staff were very helpful despite her age. We bought a set, and they were very helpful in explaining everything to us. They have a great selection. Thank you!

The main problem with this business isn't the prices or the product; it's the owner. He's a person with an arrogant, haughty, and utterly unpleasant attitude. From the moment you walk in, he greets you with annoyed faces and gestures, giving off a "what are you doing here?" vibe, as if customers are in his way. Asking something as basic as prices, card condition, or availability seems to bother him. He answers grudgingly, with a curt tone and dismissive looks, as if he's doing you a favor by serving you. Honestly, it seems like he dislikes people, yet he still decided to open a business that depends entirely on them. The atmosphere is so uncomfortable that you want to leave quickly, even if you intend to buy something. It doesn't feel like a friendly place for collectors, new players, or even casual buyers. It seems more like an exclusive spot for people the owner already knows, because if you're a new customer, be prepared for sour faces and zero interest in selling. There are plenty of places that sell Pokémon cards and accessories, and honestly, there's no reason to come here if you can avoid a bad experience and rude treatment. A hobby that should be fun and exciting turns into an unpleasant one because of someone with a terrible attitude. I hope the owner understands that selling cards isn't enough; it also requires education, respect, and a minimum of basic human decency. Until that changes, this place is definitely not recommended.

Fairly quiet, great service and I loved the selection of games and puzzles (even though I didn't play any😆😁)

I loved this place; the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The service is excellent—they treat you very well and are very friendly. They have board games for sale, as well as cards from Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other anime series. They also have board games you can play there while you eat.

Great place, extremely clean with plenty of used games to play in the cafe. Wish they had a bigger selection to purchase but a fun place none the less. Drinks are great, desserts delicious but wings were cold both times we ordered them. Hope to try the cake pops soon!
