Quick and efficient service, the girls are super friendly, the men not so much!

The service at this establishment was terrible. The staff showed very little willingness to help; it seemed like they didn't care about the customers. The service was slow, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. It was definitely an experience that left much to be desired and that they should improve urgently.

I placed my order online and requested in-store pickup. I went to the store, which was open from 10am, and they delivered it to me the same day.

HORRIBLE COMPRA, EXPERIENCIA, ATENCIÓN, PRODUCTO, WEB, ETC. No sé qué fue peor, el producto o el servicio. Compré un “ugly sweater” de Crash Bandicoot en su página web el 25 de noviembre para tenerlo antes de navidad. Jamás me llegó ningún correo de seguimiento ni nada, se me hizo raro y me puse en contacto aprox 3 semanas después y se sacaron de la manga que ese producto era una -preventa- eso jamás jamás venía indicado en su web, que por eso no lo habían enviado, la Srita que me atendió me juró y perjuró que los enviaban el 20 de diciembre para tenerlos antes de Navidad, bueno 2da vez que confíe en ellos, ERROR. Lo enviaron hasta el 23 de diciembre y me llegó el 27. Ya para qué!!! Tuve que presionar mucho para que me pasarán el No. Guía porque ni eso me querían dar, obvio cuando me lo dieron me dí cuenta que lo enviaron mucho después de lo que según nos decían. Cuando les mencioné la DEVOLUCIÓN me dejaron de contestar. Pésimo servicio, ahora sé porque cierran todas las sucursales que abren en otros estados. Luego el producto, para empezar cero es “ugly sweater”, más bien parece sudadera mal hecha con la tela más corriente del mundo, las imágenes impresas vienen súper pixeladas, neta si hubiera ido con una sudadera y unos png de buena calidad a la fayuca a que me lo armaran hubiera quedado mil veces mejor y mucho más barato. AHORREN EL CORAJE, LA BILIS Y EL MALGASTO CON ESTOS COMPAS, les dejo el varo de mi compra para que se compren un curso de -Cómo ser profesionales con tus clientes-.

Without a doubt, a very interesting and great place to visit. Not only that, but you can find a wide variety of collectibles such as manga, comics, figures, clothing, and everything else a geek could want to expand their collection. Prices vary depending on the product, and the staff provides excellent service. A fantastic place to visit and shop. July 29, 2022: It's absolutely incredible! At the entrance, a life-size Harley Quinn figure welcomes you, and even though it has several accessories on it, it doesn't detract from how amazing and cool it looks. They've also expanded quite a bit, and now it's practically a hub for collectors of figures, Funko Pops, puzzles, collectibles, and more. It's definitely worth a visit any day to keep track of your manga collection, whether it's from Kamite or Panini, or to check out the amazing t-shirts they have. While they could have a wider variety of t-shirts, the ones I saw were definitely fantastic. It's a place made for those of us who love all things geeky, and it certainly looks like it's going to be even bigger. So go visit and be as amazed as I was! July 22, 2023 - One Piece Day! And today they really outdid themselves. Thanks to cosplayer @Kizami Von Glich, a One Piece-themed event was held with several small businesses offering tons of merchandise from the anime. But that wasn't all; the best part was that they invited several cosplayers, all focused on One Piece, which was truly appreciated. The only minor issue was the organization of the amateur cosplay contest, but it was resolved, and they went all out. Because of this, and all their products, they just keep getting cooler and cooler. June 22, 2024 They moved locations, and although they're still somewhat hidden, they're now closer and more easily visible, as they're next to the donut shop. It's still a very spacious place with quite a lot of things, although I feel they could make better use of the space to display even more merchandise. I also hope they hold an event again soon, as I feel it's perfect for it, and it would also attract more people to this amazing place. Today I had the chance to see a super cool Luffy figure again, and a female one that also looked amazing! It's a great place to learn new things and expand your collection. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us in the future.
