Otter Space

Excellent shopping experience. The service was top-notch and the entire process was very professional. I especially want to thank Claudio, who provided exceptional service, answered all my questions, and helped me every step of the way. It's clear he knows the products very well and is passionate about the Pokémon community. I will definitely shop here again and highly recommend this store to any collector or player.

I love the place; it's quiet and quite cozy for playing. The facilities are spacious, and the chairs are comfortable. The owner has even lent me playmats when I've forgotten mine and explains things very well when I don't understand the cards. Sometimes there are people playing interesting board games, and often if you approach them, they invite you to join in. The music is good and not too loud. (Ideal for introverts who find it difficult to talk in crowded places because of the noise.) Overall, I haven't had any problems whatsoever. ^^

Excellent place to play with friends. There's a great variety of board games to enjoy with friends. We arrived not knowing what to play, and they helped us choose games and even showed us how to play them. They also have good prices on their products (among the best when it comes to TCGs), there's a great atmosphere with the other regulars, and the tournaments held at Otter are well-organized. The staff is excellent and always attentive to our questions and comments. In short, the best place to play board games and TCGs with a great atmosphere and excellent service.

Excellent place to play TCGs, board games, and role-playing games! They offer various workshops, and the atmosphere is amazing 🤯! The service is 10/10, a must-visit! 100% recommended!

Excellent place, great atmosphere and very pleasant. Ideal for playing your favorite TCG.
