Hello, I'm new to buying on your website. I just purchased a wholesale membership and I'm still unsure of the purchase process. I made a purchase last week and have already sent the receipts by email. I'm not sure if I'm missing any steps before my order is shipped. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Comic Book World did refund my money, although to be honest, I wanted my product back more than my money back. But they did the right thing. I hope they can improve their customer service and stop canceling orders. I also hope they can improve their service in their physical store. I think it might have been a misunderstanding on their part, but I sincerely hope they can resolve these internal issues and give a better first impression to their customers, both retail and wholesale.
