Terrible service. I went to order some personalized items, they told me they could have them ready, and on the day of delivery, they didn't answer my messages. I had to come to the store, and their response was, "We can't have them ready today." They don't meet the delivery date and then ignore my messages.

Unprofessional and unprofessional. If you don't want to waste your time and money, go somewhere else. They don't answer and they're closed. Completely unprofessional.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the guy threatened to sell me more stuff when I went to his store... P.S. He has good service.
