I always find everything I need there. They have an excellent variety of all kinds of board games and card games. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and always available even when they're busy. P.S. We miss you, Don Miguel.

The store is great in many ways; it has ample space and a well-defined community. However, the customer service is terrible. If you're visiting for the first time or trying to get involved with the community, the service feels more forced than genuine. There's a tall, thin guy who provides excellent service with a very positive attitude and a warm demeanor. My son trusts him a lot, and he makes you feel welcome in the store. But the guy who sells earrings has a very rigid, almost military-like posture. He doesn't let you browse comfortably and constantly stares at you as if you're going to steal something. He adopts postures that a good salesperson wouldn't. I think many values have been lost since the unfortunate passing of the previous owner, and it no longer feels like a pleasant place to spend time. It feels like the store is doing you a favor (but the service is inflexible). If you're going to buy something, ask for advice, or learn how to play, I recommend going on Sundays, since that's when the guy who provides excellent service is there. Otherwise, the store always has what kids are looking for.

Great store, lots of Pokémon TCG games, but the service is terrible. It's a shame about the staff's attitude. The first time I went, they treated me badly, but I let it go. Today I went back and it was the same situation. A woman and a young man with curly hair even made me feel like I was going to steal from them. They just lost a good customer.

I knew nothing about cards, and they were very patient with both parents and children. They explained everything calmly and in detail. The service was excellent, and we found everything we needed to play :) We went to a children's Pokémon game, and it was great!!
