Great lgs, very classic. Decent selection, and the owner is super nice. My kids spent hours pouring over the bulk pokemon and he gave them energy for the decks the made.

We traveled four hours from Cancun just to play their pre-release event, and they didn't even bother to tell us it was canceled until we arrived. We paid well in advance and even emailed them the day before to confirm, even though everything should have been fine, and they just ignored us. When we got to the store, the guy working there started making excuses, saying maybe the announcement hadn't been posted on their website or that they had a lot of messages and hadn't seen ours, even though they clearly ignored us. He didn't offer an apology, and forget about a refund—he didn't even mention it or offer any solution, much less any empathy, even though we told him we'd come from far away. He just lied and made excuses. Terrible customer service; it's the first time we've experienced this. It's worth mentioning that the event is still listed on the official TCG website.

Small!! They just moved and it's still tiny, they don't even have tables for the cafe!! But I love their videos (that's how I wanted to visit, hahaha) and I'm sure it has an amazing atmosphere.

I discovered the store while looking for a place to play the MTG Final Fantasy Prerelease, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an in-person event. The owners were incredibly friendly, and the event was conducted with great professionalism, even featuring an official Wizards of the Coast judge who expertly managed the various phases of the Prerelease. The prizes and extra activities were clearly explained from the start! The gifts for the players were fully honored (something that unfortunately doesn't happen at other stores). The store is relatively new, and the event was small for that reason, but there's no doubt that the organization was outstanding. I sincerely hope that all Magic fans take the opportunity to visit and become part of this very special and growing community. My best wishes to the owners; I know that with this mindset, they'll go far.
