So far, I've had a very good experience with them. While there have been a few minor issues, the team has been quick to resolve them. I highly recommend their support and customer service. This is coming from someone in Tijuana, Baja California. Regards.

Now in their new location everything is super organized and perhaps they need a wider selection of Warhammer items; they have an incredible selection of Pokémon TCG, plus the location is excellent and the service is superb.
