I think it's a good place to buy and play TCGs, the only bad thing is that since everyone already has "people" they know, they only play and chat with them, and a new person who arrives is very lonely, but other than that it's all good

It's a good place, they have a lot of things, if you don't know much about the subject they're happy to answer any questions you have, and I think they have good prices :)

Incredible service, and if you go for the Pokémon TCG you won't regret it, they have a huge variety, good prices and an incredible number of cards!!

Good for shopping but not for learning. A few days ago I went and they told me they gave classes during the week from 5 to 7 pm, and when I went to learn they told me it was from 2 to 3 pm.

As someone who visited Xalapa as a tourist, I was surprised by the store's extensive selection. However, the two people working there had a terrible attitude. One was chatting with her friends while the other was busy arranging things. I wouldn't recommend going unless it's your only option.
