Excellent service. They helped me learn and answered all my questions. They lent me different decks before I decided which one to buy, and they have a wide variety of products. The staff is very friendly, and the food in their cafeteria is delicious.

Excellent service from the entire staff. They helped us learn to play and build a deck to our liking, no matter how many questions we had. Highly recommended if you want to have fun and learn to play.

I've only recently started going regularly to the place. It's small and sometimes gets a bit warm, but it's not something that directly affects you as a customer. They also hold several tournaments a week, with prizes for participants and extra bonuses for those who place at the top. The staff is very friendly, and the regular customers are always happy to help if you have any questions. They also play Magic and Lorcana. 100% recommended.

A great place, they're friendly, the prices are under $1000, it was enough for me to get a folder and a small box of the Mega Kangaskhan edition

Hello, unfortunately, I'm here to leave a review of my bad experience with my third purchase at this branch. I'm making this important because, as I told the staff, I don't have time due to work to go and enjoy my hobbies as much as I'd like. This is the third time I've bought merchandise from them, and even though they didn't have any more of the expansion, I bought a tin and some card sleeves. I requested the product in English, as I've done before, and the guy confirmed it was in English. Because of my work schedule, I waited until I got home at night to open the tin and the sleeves. In my haste, I didn't pay enough attention to them since I trusted what I was told. Unfortunately, when I looked at my card, I saw it was in Spanish, and I'm collecting this expansion in English. So, I went back to request an exchange because of the misinformation, which I consider a scam to make more sales. My main complaint here is the time I invested, which, as I mentioned, I don't have much of. Because of this, it's very rare to find what I'm looking for. So, when I have the time and go to your store, having this experience is frustrating. It was two wasted trips because they refused to exchange the item, and the receipt doesn't have the warranty information printed on it, as it should be to save the customer from these unpleasant surprises. As I mentioned, I don't usually mind my cards being in Spanish, but I initially bought this expansion in English, and to keep my collection clean, I wanted a product in the same language. As you can see on the receipt, the product is overpriced compared to the market average of $230; this one is $280. I think my frustration is more than justified.
