I'm a new player and the first few times I've been there everyone excludes you even if you try to challenge them, and the guy who works there rarely pays attention to you even if you're talking to him. It's a really bad place if you don't bring someone to play with, because everyone I've run into there thinks they're the best of the best, they won't even accept you for a game.

I had a great time; the people are friendly, the place has a family-friendly feel, and the staff are very helpful. I think it should be more popular. If anything, I'd recommend adding more food options in case someone spends a long time playing games. That said, the Chinese tea is delicious.

It's a nice place, a good setup with a relaxed atmosphere. However, the person running the store isn't very professional. I went recently and waited 15 minutes for someone to help me, but no one was at the counter. I asked, "Do you know who can help me?" and they told me, "Oh, the guy who's playing"—he was playing Overwatch. Basically, there was no one helping, and I had to go and ask the manager if he could stop his game to help me. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I didn't appreciate that interaction. Normally, the manager should always be attentive to who comes into the store and help the customers.
