El Bazaar TCG

I like shopping here because they offer the option to reserve items and pay in installments, good customer service, and a nice place to play.

The place is fine and the stock is good, the problem is the guy with the curly hair who works there. He provides terrible service; he doesn't know the prices or what they have for sale. I asked for a Phyrexian Collector bundle and he said he didn't have it and that it was at the bottom of the counter. I asked him the price and he said, "7,000 or 8,000 pesos, I think." If he doesn't know the prices of the products and doesn't know what he's selling, he shouldn't be working. Besides, he handles the cards with food-covered fingers and serves you reluctantly because he's chatting with his friends in the gaming area. But when you make him go to the counter to help, he does a bad job and rushes. The last thing they did to me this September was that I bought a bundle, paid for it immediately, but couldn't pick it up for three days, and when I went back, it was sold. I didn't even reserve it; I literally bought it and they sold it. Terrible service.

The place needs ventilation, the customer service is good and they are very kind in teaching you how to play the TCG of your choice, they have a vast catalog of products unlike any other store in San Luis, I just wish they wouldn't have that habit of eating and serving at the same time because it makes the product dirty.

Excellent place to learn a new game or hang out with friends. The service is fantastic, and they're very helpful with what you're looking for/need. They're patient and provide great guidance. Plus, they have a wide variety of TCGs.

Great place to go play with your friends, the atmosphere is super friendly and they have a huge variety of cards, just what I was looking for.
