May 29, 2026 Excellent store for playing TCGs. I highly recommend it! I'm leaving this rating due to an issue I encountered when making a reservation at the store: On April 1, 2026, I placed a pre-order for a Strixhaven Commander deck set. I did this in-store, not online as I usually do. After the delivery date passed, I learned through external means that the product had arrived (I didn't receive an email), so I went to the store in person. I finished paying for the pre-order, and when I went to pay, they informed me that they didn't have the product in stock (delays; it would arrive in another shipment). I waited, and finally, I received a notification that the product was in store (May 28, 2026). Today, I was informed that, due to logistical problems, the product didn't arrive complete, as the in-store order wasn't processed. They very kindly offered to get me the product in another language, which I declined, and they ultimately refunded me the same day. I hope they can improve this minor issue, as I always trust them with my pre-orders and product purchases. I will update my rating to 5 stars once this is resolved.

Edit: The last few times we've been to the store, we haven't seen the person we mentioned below. The service has improved 👍🏻 and it's truly one of the best stores in terms of location, tournaments, and mailbox services. ------------- It's not that hard to provide good customer service, guys. We came to pick up and drop off some letters and stood for quite a while without anyone helping us. We approached some guys who were in the food area, and one of them said, "I'll be with you in a bit, I'm busy," and then he literally went to sit down and be on his phone.

Excellent place to buy collectible cards. We mainly go for Pokémon TCG and Pokémon merchandise, and we always find a good selection. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Today we went to get a Children's Day gift for my son, and the guy who helped us was super thoughtful: he gave him two posters, two giant cards, and two small Pokémon cards. He left happy! 😄 Definitely a highly recommended place.

[UPDATE] I originally left a bad review for "Cartonsito Cards" because, as a customer, they let me down on five separate occasions with deliveries of products I pre-ordered. Instead of contacting me to offer an apology or a business solution for their sales failures, the store's management decided to retaliate personally: they banned me from Bandai's official tournament app (TCG+). It is unacceptable and a terrible ethical practice for a store to use Organized Play tools (which are for managing tournaments) to punish and silence customers who expose their poor service. If you are a TCG player, be very careful about entrusting them with your pre-order money. If they let you down and you dare to demand what is fair or leave an honest review, their "solution" will be to ban you from the community and local play. Terrible customer service and zero professionalism.

Hay maneras de decir las cosas cuando se trata con un cliente y hablar así de huevos no es la correcta, llegué de rápido a buzón a dejar y recoger unas cartas, duramos minutos ahí de pie y nadie se acercaba a atender, me acerco al área de cafetería con uno de cabello largo flaquito y pregunto quien atiende buzón, me responde un chavo morenito de lentes de complexión grande y me contesta muy déspota "Te atiendo en un rato estoy ocupado" el vato estába en el celular mandando mensajes por WhatsApp después de responderme eso procede a irse a sentar a un sillón y dejarme aún esperando más tiempo por la atención!! Eh comprado varias veces en la tienda y me parece super bien en cuanto a precios y variedad pero la atención quedó mucho a deber está última vez!
