Alquimia Food and Games

A great variety of games and they answer any questions you have about them, ideal for having fun. I'm giving it 4 stars because the men's restroom is in very bad condition.

The food was really delicious. I ordered some BBQ boneless wings, which were very good. My boyfriend ordered a chicken bake and he liked it. The place is spacious and comfortable, and very well-equipped; they even have a place to play video games, not just board games. I recommend that they be considerate of new customers because not everyone knows or has been to places like this. It would be best if, once a customer enters, they asked if it was their first time visiting, so they could give a mini-tour and some brief instructions to guide them. That's what they lacked in terms of customer service. Also, a detail about the straws: they're metal and not disposable. I personally don't like using something chewed up, and the top part was chewed. I didn't say anything, but it's really wrong; it's not good material handling. I 100% recommend that they buy disposable items for customers who need them. I didn't use the straw because I found it disgusting. Also, it would be good if they updated their menu to avoid confusion and so that one person has and knows the information to provide.

The place is quite spacious and they have a huge variety of games. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the tables and players; I thought it was a good place to discover new games and meet new players. The food isn't amazing, but it's not bad either. It's what it is, and it's fine for passing the time if you get hungry between games. The food prices are reasonable.

The owners are so nice and the wait staff is very friendly. Teaching you how to play board games, and everyone very nice.

Prices too high.
