The first place I saw as a nerd haven when my fiancé and I first moved to Waterford. Every experience I’ve had in the shop has been curated and cozy, the stock is kept up and exactly what I’d expect from a dedicated, family run store. Shopping local means a lot to me and my family, they are able to get what they can for me in a timely manner, and if they aren’t able to procure my exact wants, they let me know and have often found alternatives.

Lovely staff, but poor experience. Was excited to pop to get some snacks and maybe an anime t shirt. Was frustrated to find missing price tags everywhere, no proper organisational system for any of the stock. My partner went to get a drink at the attached cafe next door and some treats. She bought a can of RC cola, but after paying was called after to say she actually couldn't bring it with her, she had to drink it on site or in a "to go cup". Wasn't offered a refund or anything of the sort. The matcha boba she also paid for wasn't mixed properly, and the straw was too small for the boba, so it was undrinkable. I managed to buy nothing despite my best efforts, and she paid 33 euro for a coke that was taken off her, an undrinkable matcha, and some noodles and sauces. If you have an alternative go there, if not it will do. Edit: got home and found out the overpriced mayonnaise that my partner bought was out of date.

Support team will blame you and only you for buying their products. They won’t treat you politely as a regular customer. They won’t suggest anything like a refund, coupons etc if product you bought from them damaged. It’s only your problem if you got product from them for a gift and after unboxing realised that it damaged. Disgusting service, terrible tone. Would never recommend
