I know they're busier these days because of the fair, but it took them almost 30 minutes to take our order and more than 30 minutes to actually charge us... As for the food, we really liked it. But the drinks were very weak, like they ran out of other beverages and just added water and ice...

We visited the place again after quite some time, and the experience was very disappointing. They currently require a minimum spend of Q45 per person to remain on the premises, but this isn't mentioned upfront; it's only brought up when you order. Furthermore, this requirement isn't clearly indicated on the menu or anywhere visible. They also don't have many of the products and dishes they offer, so you practically end up ordering only what they have available at that moment. The service was very slow, and the staff was rude, with a bad attitude and little willingness to help. Additionally, there's no longer any staff attending to the game sales area, and they simply say "it's a separate store," offering no support or guidance to customers. Overall, the experience was very different and leaves much to be desired in terms of service, organization, and customer care. I think it's important to mention this so others know what to expect before visiting the place.

Very entreteining, you can have a nice lunch and then play board games with no time limit.
