They confirmed my order was available, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't in the store and to come back the next day. I went three times, and all three times they told me the same thing. Terrible service. I only lost money on parking and my time. They didn't even bother to apologize or try to resolve the situation any other way. It's awful. On top of that, the staff is rude, arrogant, and condescending. It's supposed to be a store, but they don't even want to sell anything. They should hire better-trained people because the incompetent ones working there are going to bankrupt them.

They made me go three times to pick up an item that wasn't in the store, even though I was told it was ready. They were rude, saying they knew nothing about it. Not even an apology, and I lost 45 quetzales on parking. Horrible service.
