I purchased a few books early evening today with my partner, I forgot to ask for the gentleman’s name but he was super helpful, joyful and made our experience in Waterstones super enjoyable. He welcomed us with a massive smile and wished us luck on our book adventure.

Really helpful staff! I forgot to ask his name, but the gentleman on the till (tall, brunette, glasses – into sci-fi and classics 🙂) was super friendly and made it really easy to chat. He was a big help while my friend was looking for a crime book today. Thanks again!

Well laid and helpful branch of Waterstones where you can find plenty of books, games / crafting, and writing related gifts as well ( see photos ). There's plenty of space to browse without being bumped by other people and the back of the shop has framed specialist collections . You only have to ask an assistant to open up the display case to view it at close quarters before deciding to purchase. My son snapped up some Yu-Gi-Oh oh boxed cards. If the book you're longing to read isn't in stock in this branch you can approach the till to ask for it to be ordered in for collection free if charge. Yes free ! Very few shops do that now.

This Waterstones had lots of different ranges of books and also a perfect place for those who love mangas and wanted to buy some in store. They even had figures and authentic merch. The customer service was also good and kind.
