I went in with pokemon cards about 1 month ago asking for an evaluation to sell them as there no use to me, They kept delaying the value for them and then once a worker told me a guarantee date for evaluation, they cancelled on me last minute and said they wont take them after a month wait, Very disappointed with the customer service won't be going back again.

First pre-release I have ever attended and enjoyed the visit, thanks! Looking forward to coming back again.

Great place, friendly accommodating staff and gaming community. Nice atmosphere and decent parking either outside or just around the corner by the allotment as long as you don't block the gates

I asked my girlfriend to pop in and buy some Pokémon cards for me as she works locally. She says this is the only card shop she would go to because the staff are so friendly! This still remains my regular card shop despite living 25 miles away. Hats off to the team here!

Leaving a 5 Star Review due to great service . Only marked down slightly as the shop could be more transparent that the premium shipping option has no tracking/is 48 hours rather than next day. (I appreciate more details can be found on the delivery details page - but the info could be more front facing - on the order page itself) using an untracked service with the increasingly unreliable royal mail makes it an absolute pain when its signed for as it potentially means 72 hours of having to wait at home with no hint as to whether the parcel is out for delivery or not.
