Do not order anything with them on back order all they do is mess you around and say you can cancel the order any time waited 4 weeks they still couldn't give any information on my back order and said im free to cancel any time as soon as I ask to cancel my order they won't answer emails or the phone been over a week now and had to open an investigation with my payment provider to get my refund Avoid this company is my advice Terrible customer service

I wouldn’t recommend using Triple Helix. I bought Box One for my cousins Birthday, the game was on back order but I waited 4 months for the order to be fulfilled, had to chase them constantly and in the end was refunded my money after 4 months without my consent. If you’re getting something for a loved one and you want it delivered on time I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Would give 0 if I could. Pre ordered a commander deck from them, heard nothing after release. Emailed with no response, used their contact us feature on website no response called them nobody answered and their inbox was full so couldn't leave a message. Reported the payment as fraudulent with my bank and got an email telling me they had run out of stock for my pre order so either they are a scam and returned my money because my bank was involved or they're so unorganized that they are over committing stock. Don't even think about ordering from them.

Ordered some riftbound 2 boxes. Waited a month for them to arrive after release and still nothing. I ordered in September 6th... Finally my order arrived and it was one box and not 2 like I bought. Can't get ahold of them to ring as the messenger is full. They don't respond on Facebook messenger very fast. Updated to 3 stars Communication was still a little slow but Steven and Catherine did fix the issue. Sent me the rest of my order quickly once they saw my emails and checked I was correct.

made an order on line on the 3,1,24 for some paint. after 2 week i have phone them 5 are 6 time. they do not answer phone are get back to you and i have left message to cancel my order still no reply and order not canceled . so they take your money and run. please do not buy from this company, you will not get what you ordered. UK law, if you don't do get your item within 30 days they break UK law. when my 30 days are up, i will be phoning the Trading Standards office and any other offices as i can. am sick of company's taking the hand out of people thinking they can get away with taking money. its a mission for me now to get them back any way i can. have to give 1 star, should be a black hold of nothing, lol.
