I used to come here every now and then for Collecting, but gradually Got more into playing The pokemon tcg, and began coming here for locals when i couldn’t attend my usual locals at uni.. The prizing is Atrocious. You don’t get a prize pack on entry because they “Don’t have enough.” Top prizing is usually 2-3 Prize packs maximum, and they now only offer entry packs..of chinese boosters. It’s just a massive smack in the fact to the players of the pokemon tcg, it isn’t fair. especially when you guys sell the prize packs on Whatnott! i’m appalled. what really did it for me was the Pokemon Worlds Celebration Event. For one, they didn’t even do anything *special.* the promotional Material was apparently “Lost.” And no one received the special Promo Pikachu. the Front desk staff, While lovely, don’t really engage with the players at all. And events have become A lot more sloppily ran in recent events. Pricing on Pack’s aswell are just, Atrocuous. A pack of Perfect order, Chaos rising & Pitch black for a play-store shouldn’t cost 6.50 You guys buy in sets Under Retail price and have the nerve to sell sealed product at a highly market rate you will lose your player base for pokemon if you Keep making it harder for them!!

Visited this shop with my young son & nephew & can't fault the two guys working there. They were really kind & patient with the kids while they were choosing their cards. The guys offered advice & even helped out with some budget friendly options so the boys got good value. It's nice to see this nowadays as most places are all about the upsell. They even gave the kids some sweets & stickers. I don't know much about cards admittedly but the pricing seams fair & there was a good variety in price points so something for any budget. The shop was cool as well with a friendly chilled atmosphere so imagine its a good place to go play the games with food & drink vending machines & I think toilets. Would definitely recommend this place.

Brilliant. I got a Kyogre ex in Chinese there and it was a good place too. I hear that there's card games such as Pokémon card battles and another card game similar to Pokémon but I can't remember what it's called. You must go there. Highly recommended.

Came here today with my little boy who is just getting into Pokémon cards. Alex helped us out and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He was great with my shy little boy who is now so buzzing with his new cards. Couldn’t recommend this place higher and we will definitely be back.

Massive disappointment. I had booked tickets for me and my girlfriend to attend the Star Wars Unlimited pre release event which on the website clearly stated the event as being on the 09/03/26 at 6pm. I spent £50 in total and drove half an hour for the event only to be told that the pre release boxes weren't there yet and was told I could come back for the next weekly event. I asked for a refund. I recieved no information about the event being cancelled and earlier on that day I had rang the store to confirm the details and they didn't answer nor did they ring me back. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service. I was told that there was an announcement in the discord but that is no help to new customers who don't have access to it. Why plan an event with specific dates on the website to then turn customers away when they turn up? There should be some proper system in place for letting people know that the product/event they paid for is no longer available.
