A helpful and friendly gaming store. Am looking forward to visitingthem again!

I ordered from them while they were at a show, and over the next few months, I had to chase them down for the order. I ended up driving to the shop twice just to get any information. I then received contradicting information from the shop worker and the owner, along with lots of excuses. In the end, I got a refund and the kicker is, they apologised, gave me the refund, and said they’d send the order in a few days for free as an apology. Well, I guess it wasn’t a sincere apology, as it never arrived. In the end, I’m out some fuel and time. Don't order from them.

Ordered from here, Told that it will be posted, then on followup told it would be sent and given tracking info (Which I never got). After this I followed up again with my concerns and that if I don't get an update / tracking or I will claim this as fraud to which the truth finally came out. They didn't have it, they tried to take a loan out got denied for it and took in all the pre-order money without updating anyone (Which again I was told I would have a tracking number to begin with which means they lied). Now they are claiming that they don't have the money to give back and only can give to everyone slowly. Would not recommend! tldr. Payed for preorder, told it was sent / would be given tracking, never happened, forced to threating a chargeback to get the truth that it was a lie it was never sent and they didn't even have it.

A great local gaming store! Gaming stores are a dying breed and it is great to have one nearby! The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly and are knowledgeable about the games they play. They offer great prices and can order in most games you would want
