Red Dragons Vault

Popped in today as we were nearby and what a lovely team and atmosphere in the shop. Amazing TCG selection with all the right games covered. If you’re looking for a friendly place to learn or play TCG then this is the place for you in Wrexham. Loads of space and an awesome drinks and sweets selection 😄

RDV was the first LGS I visited when I got into MTG earlier this year, and I don't think I could've have picked a better place to start. They have an amazing selection of bulk & products, but more importantly what really stood out was how welcoming and helpful Bec and Tom were in getting me into the hobby. Highly recommend to any new players looking for a great place to begin their journey!

Lovely pokemon community there every Thursday. Staff are attentive, shop is clean and everyone's welcome :^) Great place to meet new people or to meet up with friends

A fantastic friendly local gaming store that offers a wide range of nerd sports, with regular and well‑attended sessions for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Riftbound, Star Wars Unlimited, and Warhammer. The team at RDV are clearly committed to keeping the space inclusive, tidy, and welcoming to newcomers. There is a great selection of sealed product and singles available for the more popular games. They also have what many collectors consider the holy grail: bulk boxes you can sift through to find that elusive 25p card no one would think to sell individually. Game nights are relaxed and welcoming, with the focus firmly on playing rather than winning. Players aren’t looking to rules‑lawyer their way through games or chase “gotcha” moments, which makes for a genuinely enjoyable experience. On a personal note, the team at RDV have made a very socially anxious person feel incredibly welcome. The community is open, friendly, and happy to welcome newcomers with no judgement or expectations.

Staff are friendly and super helpful. Shop is well stocked with a variety of goodies. And they also help the community and local project. Superb in every way!!
