Phoenix Games

Nice little gaming store situated in the heart of Stourbridge time. Went in to get a couple of things today and was pleasantly surprised by the things they had on offer. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable about the products on hand and recommended some really nice paints. I will happily be returning in the future for my next purchase.

Great staff the main guys a good dude, loads of bits for cheap prices and new kits for 40k and horus heresy, good for codexes and paints / brushes and most of all a great atmosphere! Managed to catch a few people playing a game or two while I was in there highly recommend! 💯 5 ⭐️

Popped in store to see if they had any magic the gathering dual decks as I was looking to introduce my partner to the game. Steve was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend Phoenix Games!

I went about a month ago because I was interested in taking back up Warhammer 40K. I went in after work to have a browse and for the 15 minutes I was there, I wasn't even acknowledged. I don't expect to be pressured for sales, but didn't even get a simple "hi", let alone a "do you need any help?" after I had been stood there for 15 minutes. Staff member was too busy playing a card game in the far corner with a groups of lads. Very poor customer service. The actual place was nice. Spacious, tidy and plenty of tables to play. I went here years ago when it was Titan Games, which was great. Don't know if it's under new management now, but wasn't impressed.

Used to go here all the time when I was in college, would waddle in with my friend group like a bunch of untrained penguins, we would sit and chill there all the time with the owners. Genuinely made my time going through college that much more bearable because I had a place with such a lovely atmosphere available to me whenever I needed it. The two owners are absolute class, super informative and knowledgeable, whilst also being an absolute laugh and carrying on any banter they're a part of. I haven't been in the store for a while now as I haven't really been playing much, but I know that if I looked in the window, they'd recognise me and greet me as if I was there back in college 10/10 (or 5/5 idk how this works)
