Very positive experience! Relatively new to Pokemon and was talked through the best options and bought a few packs of cards within minutes. Definitely will be returning. Thank you for the welcoming atmosphere.

Great community, and helpful staff who share information regarding ptcg. Mt first impressions of the Canary Wharf store was great, the person that helped me get set up was inviting, friendly, and very informative, their prices seem a bit excessive but other than that the £7.50 entry fee for leagues is standard. However, at today’s league at the store on Roman road I was told I won a raffle for a booster bundle and a promo card, and was handed a box, only to be told after it had been given to me that I was expected to cough up £18 for the product, I wasn’t told about the original price of the product and it felt like a strange sales trick to try out on a customer that has paid to be in the shop already. I feel that better communication and training on customer interaction could’ve prevented this situation, marketing this as a raffle also felt a little misleading. Other than this manipulative feeling marketing strategy, and some minor messy organisation, the event was great and their way of prizing is definitely a positive.

I loved that we had a cool local card shop with knowledgeable staff and an inclusive atmosphere to share an interest in collectables - but recently the store has unfortunately succumb to the nasty business of scalping and selling for double or triple retail price even on brand new sets. Moving the hobby into an elitist and frankly gross vibe. It’s a shame. I would definitely not recommend feeding the beast with these opportunistic folks.

Been coming here for the past month for their Pokemon tournaments and honestly they’re basically a perfect card store for their players. Huge numbers for their tournaments, player base plays a very diverse amount of decks making for something new every time, player base are also definitely the most friendly and welcoming community I’ve every seen at a card shop. Staff and the judges are amazing as well, so clear to see they all have a passion for the game. Trading is also so brilliant here as well, this store is a shinning example of a store that really cares about their player base

Very cool people and a cool shop. They have gave regular card came tournaments too for various games. For me it is the people that makes this shop special. Every single employee I interacted with was very warm and approachable. I had nice chats with every single one while browsing through single cards for Pokémon TCG. (They do sell other card games as well)
