I was a bit skeptical at first due to the comments here, but my sister and I attended our first prerelease tournament here and had a great time. The atmosphere and the other participants were lovely and welcoming. I really didn't get how people left such negative reviews. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful.

A lot of people in the reviews complain about the owner being rude. I don’t know if I talked to the owner but the guy who served me was very chill. I’m new to the game and he was kind and answered all of my questions. They had a small group of people playing when I went, they said they have leagues on Friday and Sunday. Overall, happy customer, will return 🙂

Staff were super helpful and engaging on arrival and during our stay. Offered great prices and we're happy for challenge on prices and chatting through how the market is reacting to card price swings. Being local to us, it's helped save significant journey times to other location, although the only failing (and to my understanding not the stores fault) is if you are a wheelchair user, there is a step in and out once inside (although small and negotiable with assistance of being a daring wheelchair user)

The staff are wonderful people, but absolutely watch out for the owner, especially if you are looking into joining local tournaments. He will try everything to upcharge you, and they don’t clearly explain prizing structures so everyone ends up with way less than originally promised. They do have access to rare products, but oftentimes, it is prized at crazy prices. Thank god the staff has a good relation with the community and they have helped bring prices of certain products down. I understand the need to turn a profit but you have stores like Zombie Games and Mythic Goblin who are willing to barely break in order to foster the community they have. If you’re trying to just buy cheap cards, go to a retailer instead, game stores are meant to protect the community and player base, and create lifetime customers!

Started going to tournaments in their original venue, was okay at first, hosts were cold and unwelcoming. Some people that played there were nice but after a few attendances I found there was quite a clique for people that were “alternative” only. Overall less of a friendly community vibe than other stores I’ve been at in London
