Modular Worlds

Popped in today to have a browse, the guy who runs the shop is great. Down to have a chat about models, wargaming, board games, etc. We ended up picking up some games and warhammer minis. Deceptively small outside, it's huge space for all kinds of gaming. If your in Newquay for holiday or live local, this is a lovely community space for gaming.

Fantastic store, really nice owner. Couldnt recommend more as they have great variety of stock, for me it was the magic packs dating back 10 years! 10/10 awesome space definitely worth a visit if not many

Such an amazing shop, loads of cards and sets to buy along with a great selection of games. The guys are so welcoming and knowledgeable, they taught my 9 year old how to look after his cards, offered some free sleeves for his rare cards and the ones he pulled from the packs he'd just brought. Wish this place was closer to us as we don’t live locally but go in every year when we come on holiday.

This is the best place in and surrounding areas of Newquay if you are a serious board gamer/ cards player/ table top warrior or general enthusiast! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and love to talk board games and they have a good selection of everything you might want to check out. I visited with my son and he got what he was looking for (some sort of complex Gundam model?) and I scanned through their selection of games for sale which I must admit I was impressed with! Pretty much everything to cater for everyone. I love that they have rooms for people to meet up in and honestly they are so approachable and kind that I found myself really wanting their business to flourish. Anyone any age beginner or pro will find something here to float their gaming boat. Well done guys! You’ve nailed it beautifully!

We came here mostly to have a look at the selection of Warhammer, but we were really surprised to see how much other stuff there was on offer. There is a great selection of miniatures, various role playing systems and board games. Everyone there was super friendly. We ended up getting an expansion for Root which was really nice to find. Don’t be put off by the location, this is a gem in the middle of Newquay
