Without doubt every single time I ring this shop (jay/jason) is the most rudest individual I’ve ever come across. It costs £0 for some basic manners/customer service. Every phone call enquiry or pre order you are met with the most rudest individual. I speak with a stammer/stutter sometimes my words don’t come out so fast. I understand during pre orders the phones can be hectic. I finally got through after 30mins and before I could say hello ‘jay’ just hangs up EVERYTIME. This has happened multiple times the most rudest impatient individual. I’ve had to get my partner to call up during her lunch break and make the order for me because this man is a nightmare. The other fella I can’t remember he’s name is very polite and well mannered. Jay if you don’t like your job find a new one. Or is it you want to keep all your allocations for you & the ‘staff’ in that little book of yours. Either way. Terrible.

We have visited Marquee Models a few times now and we have always been met with knowledgeable staff. We attended a warhammer painting workshop and what a wonderful experience! Our young girls were welcomed to paint too! I would highly recommend this shop if you want to meet some amazing people and they are incredibly helpful! 5* service all round!

went into this shop as I have done for the last year my autistic son wanted pokemon pack he likes to choses pack that his fav he has done this since last year and was told no ! not only was the man rude but also very unfriendly when I decide to bite back in the same sentence make an excuse he was annoyed that a staff member called sick & didn't turn up to a shift? what this had to do with my 8 year old little boy who loved going to this shop! I also have spent so much money in purchasing! apparently it's shop policy ! when we have been doing it for months , a man to be so rude to a little boy who is sen & myself was appalling we won't be returning very uncomfortably situation he took his frustration out on a woman and a child very unprofessional, disappointing digusting behaviour. Also when looking I asked for email to complain then see the man who acted so rude was in fact the owner and didn't own this at the time how imbaressing

Great to go play Warhammer on Sundays at. Good tables and terrain and friendly staff and players. Have a good range of third party options and paints. Also have good other ranges, like board games, model railway and DIY doll house kits
