Malletts

Compliments to the lady who tried very hard to reshape my Cafetiere which needed new glass. She went above and beyond. I didnt take her name but I'm sure she will remember kneeling on the floor pressing the cafetiere into shape!

Wonderful service at a local store Yesterday afternoon I called in to the shop to get some potting compost - the sort thing that won't fit into an old-lady-shopping-trolley!! Wonderful advice and service at the till - as usual. Wonderful delivery service - as usual. At a cost of £6 I got next day delivery by a driver who not only managed to find my address (a simple task beyond the skills of most on-line courier firms!) but carried the 3 bags of compost to where I asked! I know sometimes there's no alternative but to subject ourselves to the stress and expense of dealing with on-line firms, but when you can use a local, customer-friendly one like Malletts, it's such a relief, such a change, and a prime example of how good businesses can be!! Oh and it helps the Cornish economy too.

Me and my husband went to the garden section yesterday to purchase quite a lot we were outside and I struggled to put a large compast bag into a trolly the lady staff was there she did not attempt to help me im 79 yrs I said to my husband just leave it there we will go to the range 2morrow I shop all the time in mallets the staff are so helpful and I will continue to shop but not in the garden centre we wud have spent well over £50 greenhouse . Paint bird feeders and compost very sad 😔

This literally has to be the best homeware store I've ever been in. It has EVERYTHING you need. From big electrical items like washing machines, to smaller household objects. Garden furniture and kitchen warehouse. There is a cafe in store. There is a toilet too. If you need anything for your home, you have it here all in one place. Reasonable prices too.
