Loaded Dice

"Very disappointed with the customer service here. I spoke to the owner a few days ago, and he told me that the new Pokémon Pitch Black ETBs would be released today on a first-come, first-served basis. He specifically asked me to come down. However, when I arrived today, He opened late then I was told they were no longer available, and without any valid reason, the owner stated he didn't want people like me in the shop and banned me. Unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful treatment of customers." 1 was not in the way 2 did not GOB OFF simply asked why when he told me to come did he not have the thing he told me to come for, just wanted accountability 3. did not "slag off" anyone just asked questions. 4. if its the case that you only want to sell to kids then just say that in the first place! and I wouldn't have come and wated for an hour outside your lovely shop. 5. I am suffering from memory problems as I am getting over sepsis from a ruptured gall bladder and it damaged my brain along with other problems. 6. I can assure you I have no etb's at all, and I did want 2 one to open and the other to collect. 7. I refer you to my previous statement I am having problems with my memory I apologise for that. 8. you absolutely are being disrespectful at the time and in your gaslighting response, I am sorry about this as I like your shop and it is convenient as i live in Barry. p.s again I just love collecting, i might add that the only one that has called anyone names is YOU

I have been buying from Loaded Dice for several months now and they are excellent. Their loyalty scheme is really good and they are always running promotions and incentives for loyal customers. Their despatch time is brilliant and literally every in stock order has been delivered the next working day. They have a real enthusiasm for what they do I would recommend them.

Fantastic company. Cannot recommend them highly enough! 👏🙌 Great pricing online, fantastic sale and to top it all off, from ordering to arriving on my doorstep 200 miles away in less than 24 hours! My new go-to for all things modelling! 🙌🙌

Amazing deals and quick postage!! I love this company. And free stickers for my laptop! My favourites, these guys are the best. I’m trying to build my LOTR miniature armies and these guys are making it happen! Just missing a few sets but hope to complete soon. Next payday hopefully! 👌😊

Hands down the best hobby shop in South Wales. The team will always bend over backwards for their customers — nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate, and they really care about the people who walk through their door. A fantastic team and an outstanding shop. Can’t praise them highly enough.
